- Working hours are actually crazy. Leaving on time is never possible and frowned upon if you actually manage to. Management show no appreciation for the hours you put in and instead show very clear favouritism to certain execs and managers who under-perform, but somehow always get complimented.
- Very unfair salaries. Higher salaries are offered to people with barely any experience because they come in on recommendation from management. They would rather pay to hire totally new people who are unfamiliar with the way they work instead of paying their long-term staff more. No loyalty!
- Management think they are inclusive and “listening” to feedback but nothing is ever done. The team is afraid of voicing their opinions for fear of negative treatment after. Overall, a really toxic environment.
- I can confidently say that most managers are incompetent and actually not ready to lead teams. I’ve met some of the most toxic people here, in particular a know-it-all local manager, who really treats the team with so much disrespect and screams at execs for minor mistakes across the office rather than privately
