      Pros

      Bringing Moshiach, Satisfaction, Connection with the Rebbe, Accomplishing more than you'd be able to on your own, and more than you've ever imagined.

      Cons

      Lack of money, Need to fundraise everything yourself, living far from a Jewish School for the kids, living far from kosher shopping/dining, costing 5 hours of a babysitter if you want to take your wife out to dinner for two hours
