I had huge respect for all the Co-founders but all of them are the same, the most selfish humans ever.

Cons

They have no respect for any employee working for them especially the female cofounder. They will promise you some fake things like coolest workplace, salary on time and bla bla bla.Everything is fraud. The entire CNS is fraud. Don't fall for their sweet I mean very sweet lies .

Young co-founders who are more interested in partying and will blame employees for everything as these young people are not capable of handling an organisation

Cons

No salary, no leaves looks good on the superficial. 100% employees got covid since they made everyone come to their home to work and then when employees were sock with covid they would still ask them to do work from home, technically they did put the health of employees at stake. Even after getting affected employees were asked to do work from home They are too fake, pretentious. They don't even pay salaries and go on vacation. And won't even respond to your calls for approvals.

Pardon us for this experience. Nevertheless, we'd not completely agree with the facts stated. We've paid all the employees in full even when the employees were travelling to their homes and took leaves for weeks. We've always valued all the employees and prioritised their health.

nothing is good, management wants work 24*7. sound goods for workaholics but its a trap.

Cons

salary issues, company run by interns. lerning curve is zero. anyone can work here only for a week.
