Pros
I'd started my job as an intern and it was great as a beginning of my career. I was a mentee for one of a course's PMM, so I had a direct access on the data from marketing course as a product. My manager was very talented leader, who passed down many soft skills I still value and use nowadays.
Cons
Salary was quite low for a junior+ – middle positions specifically at our department.
