Pros

Only pros when your Chinese boss is in a good mood... he might just send you on a trip to China or put you up in the same hotel as you.

Cons

The company is run by a bunch of nuts who will set up an office in your country, and dictate what they want you to do in your country, for your people as per their research. Also 5000 lines of code in place of 20 by their stupid developers.

Good in term of work life balance. Open door policy culture wise it is good

Cons

little lack of vision in term of India market, since compared to all other market, India is very dynamic as an developing country. Consumer demand and psychology need to be assess differently.
