Pros

People who don't have offices are great.

Cons

I’m a former employee, who has already posted a review, so I won’t reiterate my thoughts….but. The last groups of “positive” reviews are so blatantly written by upper management that I felt the need to say something. I worked with at ChannelNet long enough to be able recognize the writing style of upper management so I’m confident that not only are these written by them, I could even accurately guess who wrote the reviews. Potential future employees and clients, please know that this level of duplicity and dishonestly is systemic among the C-Level executives and if they had any dignity they would be ashamed of their behavior.

Pros

You get paid twice a month. The first and the last day of the month.

Cons

Management has a policy where if you work over 40 hours but did not put in your time during "Core Business" then you loose your PTO. So as an employee you work 50 hours a week then take off 4 hours during the day you loose 4 hours PTO. Also I was sold on benefits but the cost of health insurance is out there.

Pros

If you get ”in” with the upper management, that will be beneficial to you. The CEO is in town every few weeks. If it were more than that, the entire company would fold. It’s really entertaining to observe the CFO do his “bed checks” and take himself seriously. Excluding most of upper management, the people who work there are great. It’s a small family (trying to survive a doomed company)

Cons

I have worked here for years. I can PROMISE that any review on here with a high rating is forged. I know this because I’ve seen fake reviews written to offset the companies poor rating. The CEO, Paula Tompkins will berate you in the most aggressive and embarrassing way you will ever be treated. Her belligerent disrespect for employees AND clients is really something you have to see to believe. Many clients have been lost solely because they cannot stand her. The CFO (Mama’s Boy), Eric Petersen has nothing to do and it shows. He uses 30% of his day going up and down the halls conducting “bed checks” to ensure everyone is in their seat. God forbid you are in a meeting or the bathroom. He will report directly to Paula or your direct manager with his “findings”. I refer to him as “Mama’s Boy” because when Paula is in town, he likes to do ANYTHING he can to please her. Especially when it involves yelling at people for no reason. When she is gone he feels he runs the place. He is the most power hungry loser you’ll ever work for. Those who currently work here are probably laughing their socks off with the accuracy of this post. I promise I am not doing this to bash the company for no reason. These are the facts and they are not pretty. If you are smart, you will deeply consider what I and others have said.
