Intent/goals and communication in the beginning was great. Then…
Cons
Hired their previous highschool students - diversity and qualified employees were absent in the workplace. Over promised benefits and under delivered the promise. Promised great salary, but worked 13 hours or more a day. That’s why I wasn’t paid hourly. Owners were taking advice to run a business from a book. Owners asked for feedback and it was never well received. There was usually a quick/short cut you off response. Had to use your personal cell for company phone. Did not get any compensation for the use of my personal phone. Promised to work the majority of the time at home. Wrong again… I had to work in the office.
