Pros

The people are all talented and motivated. It's not a startup but there are so many opportunities to work on new ideas and really feel ownership in your role. The company is growing and pursuing a number or new and exciting verticals, which make each day interesting to come to work.

Cons

Not so much a con for the company as much as life working remote. The company really respects the work/life balance for many of the team who do work remote. However, sometimes I miss the in-person or in-office relationships and conversations.

Pros

I've been with CharterUP for nearly 5 months now and grateful to work with such a positive and motivated team. I've worked directly with the C-Suite, Management and dozens of other staff members. Lots of brilliant minds and have felt support when I needed it. It's a flexible environment and I appreciate the ability to work remotely. The compensation is great and the benefits are a huge bonus for our family.

Wish I would have found them sooner!
