Has some amazingly talented employees.

Cons

The IT Manager loves perpetual migrations so he can play 'Tech Lead'. Sadly these tend to fail as he has no ability beyond his weaponised authenticity.

flexible working, can work different hours and pick up kids from school

We say to others what they should do and shouldn't do, about management and leadership but we don't practice it preached at every week like children

Some great people to work with and huge potential in the skillsets available to support the business

Cons

Poor senior management around inconsistency in communication and inequality in team interaction and opportunities. No real scope for transparent feedback and more of a fear culture. Even if you perform very well.
