      Pros

      Chatroulette is a work environment with a supportive leadership team, skilled, creative and fun co-workers (including two office dogs) and a super beautiful office. It is a great employer for people who love challenges and want to be able to have an impact.

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of (which is also only a personal cons) is that the office is in Zug and not Zürich... but then again the commute is totally worth it!

      Pros

      * Engaging and at times challenging problems touching social and technological aspects of the product * State-of-theart tech stack * Some of the brightest minds in the industry work here * Focused and pragmatic yet principled approach to software development * The entire leadership team, including the CEO, come from a tech background * Stunning office space, great location, and flexible work arrangements * This is a small place still, everyone gets to do everything and everyone has a strong influence on the direction of the company. * Genuine feeling of ownership that extends well beyond each individual's responsibilities.

      Cons

      Despite Chatroulette having been around for a while, it's current transition to a tech company has only just started. This comes with it's own challenges like solidifying a corporate culture, building and gelling a team. I wouldn't call these 'cons' per se but it is something the prospective candidate should be aware of. Furthermore, it has become apparent during hiring that Zug is perceived as relatively low profile in the tech world, despite it being a high tech cluster with traditional companies such as Siemens having their Swiss headquarters here as well as start-ups like Nexo, Cardano, and others.
