Work life balance, you are trusted to manage your time to get the work done. Everyone is passionate about the product and celebrates successes together. Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other both across and within teams

Cons

There isn't a huge office culture as staff are spread out around the country and overseas. But we do try to get some socials in.
