Pros

A paycheck. Even that's not a pro... It's a joke!

Cons

The owners are two faced! They talk crap about employees to other employees. I worked there for almost a year and we went thru 14 employees. They couldn't handle Paul and Crystal and their fight all the time. They made the workplace uncomfortable do to the fact that they are always fighting and don't care who is around to hear it. They brought a former employee from Las Vegas down knowing he had a bunch of issues that made female workers very uncomfortable! Going to work was horrible because you never knew what mood Crystal was in, if she was in a bad mood you can count on it being a bad day at work. She has no heart and doesn't care what she says to other people. She's a very hurtful person. It's like she tries to make you cry on purpose. She sees how far she can go before the person breaks down. And money don't even go there... They talk about how they spent so much money on equipment put they can't pay their hard working employees crap. They use short cuts on everything. They don't like wasting stuff so they just mix it. I wish I would have never worked there. Word of advice...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Pros

The pastry chefs you get to meet are really great. The shows you go to are also pretty neat and the pastry you get to try..Wonderful!

Cons

-No health insurance, you might make 8-10 dollars an hour if you are lucky. Their favorites will receive alot more than you! Count on that. The owners will talk about you to the other employees, they will treat you like a 5 year old moron. Paul likes to have stupid meetings to hear himself talk. They really are some of the cruelest people I have ever met. To hear some of the things they say about people are so harsh, then they turn around and pretend like they like you. It's not normal. Employees will walk out crying alot. Here is the best part, when one of them wants to belittle you the other will join in, and Crystal will do it in front of everyone. She thinks she's too good for you and will treat you as such. You can move mountains for these people because you will think they are your friends, then they will show you who they really are. Everyone knows it but, no one wants to call it out because these people need their money, oh yeah, that's another thing, Crystal does payroll, she will nickle and dime you to death. You may have to fight for your money, I remember when I worked there, on Friday mornings I would dread going to my ATM because a lot of the time my money just wouldn't be there. She's just too busy! Here is the funniest part, they bring in their best friends to try and run the company and they complain about them, and then their friends quit and end up hating them as well. Mean people, keep on looking, you won't find it here.
