Pros

I appreciated a fair pay scale and great benefits. The food is excellent and the service is professional. I gained an abundance of knowledge by enduring a considerable lack of support from upper management.

Cons

The established systems in place are inefficient. There's a trend of poor communication in-house. I found it difficult to affect positive change within the team culture due to an inability to hold a standard of accountability from ownership and upper management.
