Pros
- Friendly colleague and manager - Worklife stable (except you might need to face client) - Standard and slightly higher salary - Learning opportunity is higher since you have to carry and discuss the team. Great things about manager/supervisor is that he would teach you if needed. - Flexy hour is being implemented (min 7:30 a.m. to max 6:30 p.m.) Overall workload might still be ok, just that company mindset is often set to old fashioned, especially for fully face-to-face working environment and also worktime for office hours is not a normal 9-5.
Cons
-In term of learning or guidance, manager only guide when needed, there's not really a proper documentation or even standard rules of programming especially when you need to cover from a to z in term of software aspect. - Modification request / improvement never stop ending - Benefits is so so only, Might be hard to imagine or dream big when comes to budget,
