      Nothing, they should post a "KEEP OUT "sign

      Cons

      Everything from administration to the newly recruited CO1's. Like ALL the SEXUAL HARRESMENTS incidents. I mean what man walks up and grabs a co-worker female genital area, and gets away with it. Also some of them were criminals and or should be criminals. And God help you if a inmate is related to someone that works or use to work here. They let them get away with so much, and they are going to take their word over yours every time. All because they have a report with them they they will trust a life long criminal because they knew them back in the day.

      Pros

      Inmates aren't violent, Hard to get fired if you get fired from this place something is wrong with you, Pay is ok, They hire young and old, There is lots of overtime, You can advance with good attendance and showing you are responsible, Perfect job for 20 to 25 age range as a stepping stone

      Cons

      Raises are far n few, The schedule could be a lot better 6 on 2 off which means you have to work a month before you can get two weekends off, Lots of back stabbing and backbiting, Benefits are nothing special
