Easy work environment, Minimum work politics, Good Renumeration, Work Flexibility, Role Flexibility. Small team enhances core strength and makes this organization a pleasure to work in. Top management is always a step ahead to address issues raised at work and any feedback is valued. The friendly and non-threatening ambiance makes working here stress-free.
Cons
Compensation and benefits needs to be reviewed.. Benefits like health insurance would be highly appreciated. Health benefits is a major factor to lure employees.
