Don’t Care about Their People Only Money

Decent hours, Okay pay, easy job

Cons

Say they care about their people but will run them to the ground. When you seek out help if your store is in a bad place they say everyone else is going through it. They only say they appreciate you when you’re upset or it’s a hard day.

Pros

Free meals when working full-time. (Newnan Location), somewhat flexible schedule but will randomly change your schedule to days you can't work that you've already spoke to them about.

Cons

Toxic workplace, lie about raise amounts, having having stay well past when you're scheduled, having to do everyone else's jobs

The job was pretty slow, thankfully — free drinks, a discount on the food, BOH was never super warm and the whole team supported each other. Lunch rush was at worst like 20 groups at once, but it was pretty typical for a FOH gig. Advancement was an option but not much further than shift lead/managing your own store.

Cons

Poor pay and no tips. Minimum wage with a rule against accepting tips (but allowing cash tips to be split equally among cashiers for walmart gift cards) was really weird. The chicken salad stayed out all day so that was kinda gross. WARNING: this is a christian restaurant so there’s a bunch of weird christian slogans. i felt excluded as somebody who was not religious and as somebody who is gay and it felt very chik-fil-a — IYKYK.
