After working for several months, honeymoon was over, Internal turmoil was evident, extremely high turnover, staff are afraid to voice the truth at cost of losing job....not what I expected....sad...poor management

Average salary and benefits, in DTLA so there's great restaurants around, close proximity LA Live, casual Friday, it's for a good cause.

Cons

Corrupt leadership, company is a sinking ship, no room for growth, clear favoritism within departments, the long holidays are not paid, working from home is almost impossible.
