Pros

Got along well with co-workers.

Cons

I worked for ChildServ as a Youth Care Worker through a temp agency. Basically the only training I was given was one the job. I was not really properly trained on policies and procedures, which are extremely important when working with this population.

Pros

Some good people there that really care about the important work they are doing. Full time employees do receive full time benefits. Important work that really matters is going on.

Cons

A culture of finger pointing, blaming and shaming. Low pay. many employees just don't care. Management out of touch with day to day operations. Management seem preoccupied with power instead of company mission. High turnover which suggests employees are rejecting the unsupportive "throw you under the bus"culture.
