- Company is growing & expanding under the vision of CEO. - Flexible packaging industry is in demanding phase. Business is very good.
Cons
• I found company purely proprietorship running style even though company had sales of more than 2000 Cr. • Work Culture is unprofessional I found people more of sycophantic and colleagues know the compensation each other’s thanks to HR Dept. • People sit late to show they are working hard. • There is NO HR POLICY but its very well made-up believe that they have implemented. • There is No Team Work, no work life balance and learning & development is near to zero. • Not a career-oriented company will not recommend anyone. • Other Cons you may google search it with name of promoters.
