1. Experiencing the ugliness of the working culture and politics involved which sometimes get yourself involved unknowingly.
2. Very high turnover rate of staffs in the HQ and clinics. They are always hiring for clinics. The HR personnel and marketing team stays for an average of only a year.
3. No career advancement opportunities as there are already a few Clinic Supervisors and Clinic Managers, they can’t promote everyone except yearly increment if the company is making profits.
4. For us who work in retail malls, by the time we get home it’s over 9:00PM. What kind of work-life balance is there?
5. Management and culture is really poor in here. They do make an effort to train us weekly but it’s repetitive and according to what they think is best and according to their scripts that sound really fake.
It’s common hearing colleagues getting screamed at which de-moralizes everyone else.
