      People are very welcoming and understanding. Good place to start your career as you get enough opportunities to learn.

      Lick bosses boots - Fully biased Company

      Pros

      You can be on verge of being fired then you cry and lick, you are moved to new project. You can rely on every piece of code on another employee but Management will be blind to all of it. You don't have to send a single update or come to stand up a single day if you lick bosses boots. You can be a useless person but can get a L1 sponsored not just for you but your spouse too.

      Cons

      You work dedicatedly but Management won't have money to give you hike or bonus and instead can sponsor L1 VISA to a worthless person who licks boots The Management is just the CEO & CTO who have burnt their fingers being greedy with almost all major partners including Yahoo, M$ and others, no vision, roadmap or goal and just got lucky. Bad traffic sources, doesn't have basic infra even after 10 years of existence. No vision or goal, just run like mad dogs behind cars on road.

      Worked in Hyderabad location. - Great mentors - learning curve - Awesome / fun loving people to work with - chilled out environment

      Cons

      Nothing in particular, but the place could use a better management, as per the last time i spend there. But overall nothing major.
