Toxic culture with favoritism and outdated processes

Get hired to get fired. People join to get laid off, manager favouritism, legacy driven process and culture, they enjoy the name and fame of 50 years in UAE and does not want to grow. The main office is 20 years old. They have 53 stores and travelling to all this stores is not covered in your allowance. Not employee empathatic but sympathetic.
