      Pros

      No pros of this company. This is the worst company with worst boss.

      Cons

      Salary Issues – Employees are not paid on time; in some cases, salaries are withheld for months. Unprofessional Management – Leadership lacks accountability and professionalism. Inefficient HR – HR fails to resolve employee concerns and acts irresponsibly. Excuses Over Solutions – Management frequently gives excuses instead of fixing problems.

      Pros

      People are very friendly and helpful. As a team, I didn't feel any stress coming from each other. The system is well set up and work is fluent. Engineers and sales discuss a lot to improve overall performance. The company cares a lot about employees' health. Problems during work can be helped and solved quickly. The products have solid customer foundation and the production is expanding.

      Cons

      The location is a little far away from city lift. Commuting from neighboring town could be difficult in winter.

      Pros

      Good pay, at least for the area. They have a profit sharing system. Benefits are strong, but have been trending downwards in my experience. Decent place to earn some cash, and then get out!

      Cons

      Extremely hostile environment reminiscent of high school - gossip runs rampant. Expect your ideas and creative contributions to be treated with contempt, even if used. Age discrimination and sexism are present. There is no room for career advancement unless you have been working there for probably around ten years.
