Employees & Owners the Best, environment, working from home and going into LAB 2 days per week, nice.

I love working from home. I probably worked more than if I would go into an office each day but being able to work in the evening was great since I'm kind of a night owl. The owners are extremely supportive and had a lot of confidence in my work and that feels good. The employees are all professional and so working with them all is very rewarding.
Cons
When I got to the company they had no policies or procedures. The culture was opposite of "The Big Corp". This was great, however, being HR it was necessary to get all the "legalities" in writing and have the employees adopt. There were other things like this that had to be initiated and most of the employees had been there 10 years, so getting them to change things up a little bit was a challenge. As I said before, they are a good group of people and although they grumbled, they did it the new way. Love Them All!
