When I got to the company they had no policies or procedures. The culture was opposite of "The Big Corp". This was great, however, being HR it was necessary to get all the "legalities" in writing and have the employees adopt. There were other things like this that had to be initiated and most of the employees had been there 10 years, so getting them to change things up a little bit was a challenge. As I said before, they are a good group of people and although they grumbled, they did it the new way. Love Them All!
