      Pros

      There is good teamwork and everyone tries to help each other. The work is interesting and challenging.

      Cons

      There is either too much work or not enough. Sometimes I will be on the same site for 3 to 4 months and other times it is slow where I have to work from home on office paperwork.

      It was a learning experience.

      Cons

      They should take more care of the employee. They made promises and didn't keep them. They don't give a damn about the employee. That was the experience I had when I was leaving the company.
