      Great Company, Great Management Team

      Stable business model. Debt-free. Expanding market. Been in business for decades. Niche market.

      Cons

      Purchased by parent company two years ago which resulted in less control by ownership and management. More red tape to cut through to get things done.

      * Super culture * Great teamwork * Ethical values continuously emphasized and acknowledged * Focus on getting things done with agility * Routine retrospectives to evaluate what processes are working and what aren't and need to be changed * Remote work 60% of the time * Open about finances, sales, future projections in monthly meetings * Annual all-company gatherings to have face-to-face time and get alignment with coworkers from around the world

      * Cubicles when at office (40% of the time)

      Thanks for your review, we try our best to create a place where people are engaged and excited about the work they do. We are also working on improvements to the physical environment (the cubicles).
