I have been working at Cintas full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Huge company with lots of opportunity. Many products and services offered to customers. Made a lot of money back in the day until economy tanked and company increased the number of sales reps.

    Cons

Market over saturated and too many sales people. Pushing tenured sales people out everywhere to make way for rookies with little experience that will not be able to meet sales quotas or make the money they should given the amount of stress and efforts they are expected to endure. Ultimately will lead to high turnover.

    Advice to Management

Reconsider sales/growth strategy and quotas. Sure, you can bring in inexperienced sales people at half the salary, but in the end you can expect high employee turnover when they are not successful and don't make money. What will that do to for sales growth ultimately??
