Toronto everything. Reputation among designers has tanked in Toronto and Montreal. They give the designer discount to anyone who will pay, rather than upholding professional relationships.

There are no pros, I would not recommend to anyone.

Cons

They have no respect for their employees, no proper training, HR does not exist, and don't ever stand up for yourself cause it will be a waste of time. They don't understand marketing at all or social media so if you know what you are doing stay away. They don't care about anyone's opinions and they talk to you like you are disposable trash.
