      HR Team tampering with Glassdoor reviews

      Pros

      They give you salary. That's the only plus point/

      Cons

      Everything. HR team writes reviews every time the glassdoor reviews goes down. Managers are clueless about what they want and there are many projects that got scratched down because of that. They have no concept of work-life balance. They monitor your naukri activities. Leaving at 7 PM is considered as leaving early. I have to work in odd hours for many days continuously. Management doesn't care about the health of the employees. Appraisal rating is based on the number of hours you work in the office. Join at your own risk. Sigh.. I am still in office.

      - Products are good but poor quality - Management is disaster - Laid-off 100+ employees recently - Run away from this company and don't join this company until unless you have any other option

      I joined the company because of great technology. There are few good people.

      Cons

      The top management does not provide any direction. They should be able to guide, but they are more interested in micro management. As a senior person, I'm used to a better direction and work. No respect at all for the employees, just incapable management . Bad planning and insufficient design review time and input.

      At CipherCloud, the manager is accountable for communicating and focusing the team on the priorities and communicating the team’s status across the product. The leads and senior managers are encouraged to independently assign appropriate people and timelines for completion of tasks.
