Our incompetent leadership here at Circa Lighting brings nothing but chaos to the workplace. Most of our supervisors are extremely rude and unprofessional. They are often condescending when communicating with employees, and we're always bombarded with more tasks despite having too much workloads already.

The supply chain manager failed to address constant backorders, making it impossible for employees to provide real solutions to customers. Customers were furious about delays, and employees had no choice but to apologize endlessly. Instead of fixing the issue, leadership acted as if it wasn’t a real problem
