Cons
I don't know why they are still hiring and have open positions because they don't have the money to maintain existing staff (already cutting office perks and 401k match). If you are considering a job here don't do it. It's extremely stressful and volatile without the benefit of future potential success or rewarding work. As many people have already mentioned, priorities shift constantly so nothing you work on matters. You can not do your assigned task because the next day it will be forgotten and no one will follow up. Toxic culture, zero direction, bad product, unhappy customers, failed to raise money, sold off an acquired company after 18 months due to inability to maintain it, massive layoff (but didn't get rid of the right people), actually talented individuals voluntarily leave at an alarming rate
