Pros

Time culture comfortable. Absence of professional mgmt allows leniency in work. Nothing more.

Cons

No hierarchy, no competitive salary, partial towards north indians., works in the Marwari culture. No sufficient leave benefits, no perks. No motivation in all. Lacks personal interest in employees. Hygiene levels too low. Stinking Bathrooms, Air Conditioners not serviced most time. Lack of basic amenities like healthy drinking water or refreshments. US office seems more professional due to strict governance of US govt. Lacks governance of professional mgmt.
