Flexibility in work schedule, ability to work from home regularly (I do this every Wednesday). I feel respected by everyone at the company. Great benefits and salary. The CEO is approachable. The office is beautiful with a great view being on the twelfth floor of an office building. The environment is comfortable and relies on self-motivation and team accountability rather than any sort of strict hierarchy to ensure quality of work and productivity.
Cons
100% my commute.
Could use more diversity in the product development/engineering teams (I'm currently one of 2 women of color and 3 total women--though I do have to say that I even forget that at times, because I haven't been made to feel any less respected or trusted or included, and I have previously felt that sort of discomfort).
