      PTO and 401K plan are very competitive Do positive things for community

      Cons

      Old boys club in upper management. Salesmen. VP of Finance manages as if it was 50 years ago. His way or the highway. HR is useless. Some really mean people in certain management positions. High turnover. Can't keep good people.

      Stress from managers to complete Ppms or when you can get materials for the job because they dont have accounts for roofing suppliers.
