I don't want to give a single rating to S Bella company for not paying my 2 month salary
Pros
Non-Payment of Salary I have not received my salary for the two months I worked here. Several of my colleagues have faced the same issue, with many of them waiting for their payments for an extended period. Lack of Communication Attempts to contact HR and management about the unpaid salaries have been largely ignored or met with vague responses and empty promises.
Cons
Poor Staff Welfare The company does not seem to care about the health and well-being of its staff. There are no proper measures in place to ensure a healthy working environment, and concerns raised by employees are often dismissed. Unprofessional Conduct The overall work environment is unprofessional, with management showing little regard for their employees' rights and needs.
