      Company is good Only people from Austin team are helpful Products are good too

      Here people from India are really worst. Rude behaviour, thinking themselves as oversmart, there communication is aslo not well and good enough to understand for starting months. There are many more but this will help you to get an idea before joining the company There are 4-5 senior most people works in pune branch. They don't have even proper manner to talk with their employees. You simply can't do anything. They won't give appraisal to the junior worker. They are only caring about their stuff and fooling Civitas people from Austin

      Pros

      - Great engineering leadership. - You can voice your opinions to anyone in the company and they are all ears. - There is a huge scope for any engineer to learn various cool stuff in any department like Data Engg, Data Science, DevOps etc. and even switch teams easily. - Recent restructure in the leadership has induced new hopes for the company. - Compensations are good (up to the market standards) - Good work life balance. All managers across the teams are very understandable. No mean guys around. No internal politics and stuff.
