      Good training experience, but very long hours, low compensation, and very conservative, hierarchical environment.

      Pros

      Many good people working here, and the work is meaningful.

      Cons

      Work/life balance issues are almost unheard of in this company. Long nights and weekends are normal, while pay is not commensurate. A very political environment as mentioned by others. Relationship-based promotions win out over quality of work and analytic insights and contributions.
