Pros
Sick pay, flexible hours, and a company vehicle for private use.
Cons
Too much work is put on one person, and you can get paid better elsewhere for less workload and stress. Pushes bad customer service for new customers. Will never get praise from higher management but will be forced into stressful meetings for minor human errors.. Putting a complaint in against management and they will protect them and put all blame on you. Will accuse you of things you didn't do, then not apologise for gaslighting and overall disgusting behaviour that leaves most employees filled with anxiety. HR is not for you, it's for the company. You likely cannot trust anyone you work with; everyone is out for their gain. Will destroy your mental health, pretend they care and help you until they don't want to anymore. It often makes people believe they're incapable of their job, to keep them low in confidence and in the job, scared to leave as they feel useless when they're actually highly trained and worth more than the company. Gossip and secrets always going around with management often fueling them. Workload is too much, it's regularly too much and they know this but do nothing about it. Staff turnover is very high . Steer clear or risk your mental health being destroyed.
