Pros

Fun, collaborative environment in a great location. Wonderful caseload. Flexible work schedule. Reasonable work load and expectations. Relaxed, fun environment to work in. The clinic is clean, bright and well stocked with a variety of appealing materials. There is lots of continuing education and the staff gets together both during work and outside of work just to enjoy each other.

It's hard when the clients move on because we miss them!

This company delivers excellent speech therapy services There is an emphasis on continuing education

The employer is very inconsistent with expectations and guidelines It is a hostile work environment. Lots of turnover: all employees have been there less than three years because of the unhealthy work environment. Invasions of privacy by CEO into personal lives of staff. Very unprofessional work environment. There is a lot of "he said-she said" led by the owner of the company. Most employees leave due to stress.
