Maybe the plus point is the you do not have to struggle in facing the interview process. A few questions and you are selected. Sometimes you get appreciation also.
Cons
someone said that choose a good boss than a company. If you believe this then It's my humble request to everyone not to join this company. This is the fact that except few people who work there, no one could worked there because of lot of interference and trust issues with employees. The directors just treat their employees just like slaves. They do not provide salary on time. They do not give enough time to have lunch (less than half hour). They will constantly hammer your mind and irritate you. I joined this company and that was my worst decision ever. Directors of the company will constantly remind everyone that they are bosses. They hold salary if sales target is not completed. Please do not waste your valuable time of career joining here.
