Thank you for sharing this feedback from a remote employee perspective. Thanks to your feedback and due to the pandemic, for over a year now our whole team has shifted to remote work, which has allowed our company to learn and grow to become a better remote team. We have introduced new culture initiatives that the whole company appreciates and allows everyone to feel included and heard. We have anonymous surveys asking for what people want more or less of, we have introduced challenges, Slack integrations to encourage coworkers to get to know each other better in non work atmospheres, random events to keep the fun going that people, those in the office were missing and those working remotely felt were lacking. Our Social Committee has come up with brilliant ideas and games to keep people connected and we are thankful for them, all the employees and to you for helping us get to this awesome culture we enjoy today!
