No real benefits. Top three on management team treated people as pawns and were a manipulative trio.

Growing company with great potential. Young group of people and fresh or of college open environment
Cons
No work/home Iife balance Horrible compensation Very clique environment Certain parts of management have a god complex and believe they can do no wrong. Expected to work 12+ hours a day and to be on call 24hrs a day and make all employees salary so that they don't have to pay overtime.
