The only good thing about the company is the project they have.a lot to learn by your own as they will not help you.you get a lot of exposure and knowledge.

Cons

Worst management , worst managers and seniors , favouritism , politics ,are common. No appraisals at all , 2 to 3 % a year. Blame game is common and essential part here.you will never get appreciation here.seiors and managers get their appraisals while you sit and rot and do all the work and they just enjoy with zero knowledge.
