Not the place if you want structure, work life balance
Pros
Your tolerance for pain will go through the roof once you've been through this company.
Cons
The place had the worst work-life balance of all the organisations I've ever worked at. Deadlines are thrown at you with absolutely no guidance or training on the material that the team is handling. You will feel sidelined quickly if you reach out to colleagues, especially those in Singapore, and try to ask for help since everyone is chasing their own unrealistic deadlines. The only thing you bond with colleagues on this team is over how bad things are. The leadership group consists of extremely passive aggressive people who breed a very toxic environment. You will quickly lose motivation to push yourself in an environment where information is given to you on a need-to-know basis and you have zero visibility on how decisions are really made or how your clients are impacted by your work since the only thing you really see at any given time is the next deadline. Work life balance is non-existent and you are expected to work on weekends and refusal to do so is met with more passive aggression. I had the first panic attacks of my life while working for this team and I've never felt less conflicted about any personal decision than when I chose to leave this company.
