The team members and HR Manager. Team leads are also great.
Cons
Senior Team did not follow core values that were stated at the beginning of each weekly team meeting. Then they stopped that once they were cutting people and cost. They apparently forced out the people who cared about and looked after the team.

Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback to us. We love to hear from you. We foster our core values to serve our clients and make our team members happy. Rest assured that the top management really values each team member's contributions and hard work to the company, and we consider our human resources as the most important assets of the company which we really take care of. Flexibility with a 100% work from home environment. Internal growth is a definite possibility and Cleer will walk the path with you, where the relationship is a 50/50 commitment. Unlimited PTO - except over deadline times (which will be the norm for every deadline bound company). No micromanagement. Goals/quotas should be achieved but they are not micromanagement on a constant basis. A small firm initially that has just exploded over the past year! Bonus & increase incentives.
Cons
I guess the positive growth also has a negative side. Cleer used to be a smaller company which felt more 'family' like, however, with the tremendous growth the culture changed slightly and the close knit family feels a bit separated currently. A lot of technology to understand and get to grip with (which is expected from a virtual office based company).

This is the perfect job for me as I like to work hard but also have flexible, remote hours. It is demanding, and excellence is one of the core values. There is a corporate culture of professional and personal responsibility, so expectations are high. This is a great job is you want to learn, grow and do more - those opportunities are always there and are rewarded. Our team members are really great and everyone supports each other so we can all succeed, individually and as a company. For a fully-remote team, there is a lot of collaboration and team unity, and that is a hard thing to achieve.
Cons
This is not the job for you if you want to do the bare minimum and just get by. The people who do well are self-motivated, so if you need daily structure like time sheets, and are not good at figuring things out on your own or problem solving, this may not be for you.
