Last year they were accomplished, and for 2019 we are also on good track, with lots of new projects, and new faces in the office. If you are not happy with anything, please let us know. Feedback from our people is always demanded as you know =)

- The projects changed a lot, different programming languages and technologies which allowed learning a lot of stuff all the time - The development team was cool and always available to help each other - There were nice team building activities - It was possible to work remote

Cons

- Management sold developers as more seniors then they really were, which applied a lot of pressure doing the job - The deadlines tended to be set very short - Developers had to deal directly with the clients - Management had a very high level knowledge about the technologies they sold - A bit strict with the working hours

- Cleverti is not" just one more" IT consultant company. People from different projects/clients work at the same office, and that makes a BIG the difference comparing with other companies where you change your team and location/client everytime you engage a new project. - Salaries above the average. 95% of business comes from international clients what means more margin for consultants. -Challenging projects/technologies. Cleverti just hires people for long-term projects, so don't be afraid of a short 2/ 3 months project, it doesn't exist at least

Cons

-Not the best location for public transports. Hard to park the car / little free zones
