Really really bad management. If you have over 5 years of experience, strictly stay way from the place. Other organisations hire experienced people to learn and grow from their knowledge. It is exactly the opposite in this case. You will be forced to lower your levels to theirs. Have to handle temper tantrums from an inexperienced brat. On top of that, it’s been 5 months since the organisation and me parted ways and they’ve not yet cleared my dues. I’ve tried getting in touch with them but to no avail. The last i heard from them was that they were calculating the TDS and will be paying the dues. Okay. Let’s see. About 25 employees to calculate TDS for and it takes you 5 months? Seriously!!! (I know by now that they do not intend to clear my dues anyways, else they would have already) My last words, stay away from the place as you would from a snake.

The only pro is that it's a good place for freshers looking to to get in to advertisement. High chances of freshers getting hired as experienced people would never want to work here.

Cons

I could write an essay! However, I am listing some key points. 1) Leadership sucks! The CEO is a narcissist. 2) I saw 15+ people leave the company during my ~6 month tenure. The joke here is that the company only has some 25-30 employees. So basically apart from a few folks in the leadership everyone else is constantly changing. 3) Clients are quitting as well. 😂 4) No systems and processes in place and hence the company is never gonna scale.
