Pros
The company is well established, but small. So you don't get lost in a crowd and everyone is on a first name basis. The work isn't hard and there's lots of room for growth. The owners are hard workers and intimately involved in the daily tasks, but don't micromanage. They are open to new ideas and happy to hear from their employees.
Cons
We're small, so you need to make sure all the bases are covered. No-one else is there to clean up after your messes.
